The Platform facilitates connections between experts and audience members. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided during sessions. The opinions expressed during sessions are solely those of the experts and do not reflect the opinions of Everyday QNA.

5. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Platform may require payment. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are subject to change without notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Everyday QNA.

9. Limitations

In no event shall Everyday QNA or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Platform, even if Everyday QNA or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Everyday QNA may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this Platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
